Our Story

Seven Stones Designer Jewellers is a family owned and operated South Australian business. We manufacture designer jewellery, handcraft custom designs, remodel & repair jewellery, cut opal, and deal in rough and cut opal.

I grew up in the "Opal Capital of the World", Coober Pedy, South Australia. My love of precious stones started at an early age as I was always surrounded by opal and I would often mine opal with my late father. I later studied Jewellery Design at the University of South Australia and have been creating unique, custom opal pieces for over 30 years.

 

My lifetime passions have been opal and jewellery, and it is my aim to make high-end, designer opal jewellery affordable for everyone. Opal is a distinctive, sought after gemstone, and in order to reveal its beauty, it demands quality, well-crafted jewellery settings. After many years of experience working with opal, I have developed my own unique style of cutting, setting, designing and creating original custom made pieces.
