Ivan Waters

Managing Director & Program Development


Ivan (Bach. Science: Physiology & Nutrition) is committed to people being inspired by their own vitality and passion for life. He is a co-owner and director of several other health, fitness and wellbeing companies. Ivan has a dynamic professional background in business; sales and marketing; adult education; leading group exercise; personal training; personal and group coaching; program development; facilitating and leading teams.

Ivan has an outstanding capacity to work with others. He understands the importance of balancing the many and sometimes complex factors that have that vision become a practical reality. Ivan loves creating simple solutions. He is a master of empowering people to be in action and producing results that are important to them.

Ivan also loves a physical challenge and outdoor adventures.

Adele White

Director of Human Resources, Company Secretary & Retreat Manager


Adele is the owner, managing director and primary Chiropractor of Sunshine Chiropractic and Allied Health Group which she has been operating for over 9 years where she produces exceptional health results for her clients. She manages a team of health practitioners and is known and recognized through the community as a leader in her field.

Her success is in part due to the trust she inspires with people and her ability to work with the whole human being – she is a master communicator and committed to excellence. She has also been a leader and specialist in the development of driver performance and wellbeing in the elite sport of V8 Supercars. Adele is also a business partner with Ivan in the development of The Wellbeing Assessment program.

Adele is an energetic, hardworking and charismatic leader. People love working with Adele and are inspired to be taking actions with their own lives.

James Chen

Director of Finance, Operations Director


James is someone that ‘gets stuff done’. James has been a significant contributor and provided leadership to a number successful start up companies including retail stores, consultation businesses and businesses in the service provision industry. Currently he is a Director for a national company that specializes in IT and Consumer Electronics Wholesale distribution where he led his team to doubling its multi-million dollar turnover and profits within the last 12 months.

James thrives under pressure and is a calm and friendly rock of stability; who brings order to chaos. His success is largely due to his attention to detail and creating simple and sucessful systems. He is great at leading teams to produce strong financial results in any business that he is involved in.

 

Ivan, Adele & James not only have hands on experience in leading teams in business & life they have all completed the rigourous 12 month Team Management & Leadership Program with Landmark Education. Adele & Ivan are also graduates of a further 12 months of training in Team Management & Leadship Program 2.
